Your Membership
A paid Chamber of Spice membership gives you access to the content and benefits included with your chosen tier, as described before you join. This includes access to the members-only audio library.
Following the Chamber for free does not create a paid subscription and will not result in recurring charges.
Billing and Renewal
Your membership begins when your first payment is successfully processed. The price and billing frequency will be displayed before you join and confirmed at checkout.
Paid memberships renew automatically using your selected payment method unless cancelled before the next billing date. Monthly memberships are ordinarily renewed on the same date each month that you originally joined.
Payments are processed securely by the payment providers supporting this website. Chamber of Spice does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account on this website. Once cancelled, no further renewal payments will be taken unless you choose to join again.
Cancelling does not ordinarily end your access immediately. You will continue to receive the benefits of your membership until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Memberships cannot currently be paused. If you would like to take a break, you can cancel and rejoin at a later date.
Refunds
If you experience a billing problem, believe a payment was taken incorrectly or would like to request a refund, please contact me through the Contact page.
Refund requests are considered individually and handled fairly, taking account of the circumstances and any membership access already provided. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Receiving a refund does not necessarily cancel an active membership. If you also wish to prevent future renewals, please cancel the membership through your account or make this clear when contacting me.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to Memberships
Membership prices, benefits and available content may occasionally change as the Chamber develops. Any significant change affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated appropriately before it takes effect wherever required.
